FAQs

Q. If I make a mistake or need to change something on my interest form/pre-app, what do I do?
A.
No worries! All FSP interest forms are followed up on by a Family Support Program Specialist. At that time, the FSP Specialist will review all of the information you submitted and you can make any corrections needed.

Q. If I filled out the interest form and haven't heard anything, what should I do?
A.
Wait time depends on the status of our funding, our current caseload, and how many families are ahead of you on our waitlist. If you haven't heard anything within 10 business days, please contact us. The average wait time to hear back from an FSP Specialist is 10 business days.
